Users can drag and drop any file or type a comment into the ‘Drop’ message box.Users can only send messages to themselves in this situation.According to the source, this feature can be found in the sidebar of the Microsoft Edge browser’s latest Canary version.
Users will be able to email and share files, texts, photographs, and attachments using Microsoft Edge’s Drop feature, and everything will be accessible on other logged-in devices.

The Drop feature is currently in development and is only available to Microsoft Edge Insiders who use the Canary channel’s most recent version of the browser.
However, according to the report, this functionality can be tested by downloading the latest Edge Canary and going to Settings > Appearance.
