Realme started as a subsidiary of oppo in 2018. oppo made this brand in the competition of Redmi. Realme launched its first phone Realme 1 in 2018 is rebranded version of oppo f1 it is among best selling phone in India though there is no fingerprint scanner and glass back many people brought it.
Then onwards realme became an independent brand like redmi. realme copied all the strategy all the of redmi. though it is copy cat it became one of the most selling smartphone brand in India because of oppo. Realme used the research and development and manufacturing units of oppo.
Realme provides the best processor and design while compared to Redmi. though Realme provides plastic back they designed the smartphone in such a way that is there will be a different look at the back of every smartphone.
They also launch smartphones in all segments to give a huge competition to Redmi. In the midrange segment, Redmi launched more smartphones than Redmi. not only smartphone Realme also copied the strategy of Xiaomi in IoT(Internet of things) devices in TVS and electric toothbrush.
