Vivo Y01A Spotted On BIS Certification Website; Expected To Launch In India Soon

According to a report, the Vivo Y01A has been discovered on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website.The smartphone is reportedly about to go on sale in India.Despite the fact that the smartphone’s specifications were not disclosed in the BIS India listing, it is expected to have a 6.51-inch display and a plastic back.A MediaTek Helio P35 SoC is predicted to power the smartphone.According to rumours, the Vivo Y01A has a 5-megapixel front-facing selfie camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera.

According to a rumour from MySmartPrice, Vivo will soon introduce the Vivo Y01A smartphone to the Indian market. This is because the device has already been identified as the V2166 model on the BIS India certification website.The smartphone is reportedly a low-cost model from Vivo’s Y-series.According to the report, the smartphone can be purchased in India for less than Rs. 10,000.

Unfortunately, the listing did not provide any information about the Vivo Y01A’s specifications, but a subsequent report from Passionategeekz did.According to rumours, the smartphone would have a plastic back and a 6.51-inch display with HD+ resolution.It may have an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front, both powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC.

According to reports, the smartphone is powered by Android Go, a version of Android 12Black and Blue are the two likely colour options for the Vivo Y01A when it arrives in India.The smartphone is also rumoured to include 32GB of internal storage, 2GB of RAM, and 1GB of virtual RAM.The handset may debut in other locations before coming to India, the report added.

The MediaTek Helio P35 SoC-equipped Vivo Y01 smartphone with a 5,000mAh battery was introduced by Vivo in May in India.A 6.51-inch Halo Full View Display with HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio is available on the smartphone.Additionally, the display has Vivo’s Eye Protection Mode, which is intended to lower Blue Light emissions.A 5-megapixel selfie camera and an 8-megapixel back camera are both featured on the smartphone.It also has a Face Wake feature that activates the phone when the user looks at the screen.
