Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 Emerges On FCC Revealing Connectivity Details

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 are Samsung’s upcoming smartphones for the year.Undoubtedly the most intriguing of the two, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is set to go on sale at the as-yet-unannounced Unpacked event next month.Many certifications and rumours about the foldable phone surfaced online before Samsung made its announcement.The Galaxy Z Fold 4 has officially been approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), revealing the phone’s connectivity information.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 appears on FCC certification

A Samsung Galaxy cellphone with model number SM-F936U has all the necessary connectivity options, according to the FCC certification (via MySmartPrice).No other than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is this gadget.

The listing confirms that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will support 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks in addition to Qualcomm’s Gen 2 smart transit technology.The foldable phone’s 4G and 5G bands are all listed in the FCC listing.

The certification attests to the device’s capability for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC.The phone will include mmWave and Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac/ax technology.

The paper also shows capabilities for wireless power transmission, which might be the reverse wireless charging feature.The phone’s charging adaptor, with the model number EP-TA800, has also been approved by the FCC.The wireless charging pad’s model number, EP-N5100, was also certified.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 Specifications

The 7.6-inch AMOLED screen on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will have a 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.It will feature a 6.2-inch cover screen. It will sport a 10MP selfie camera on the front and a 16MP under-screen camera inside.

It will have a triple camera setup on the back, with a 50MP main lens, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 12MP telephoto lens.The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC with 12GB/16GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB of internal storage is anticipated to power the gadget.

With a 4,400mAh battery and compatibility for both wired and wireless fast charging, it will come with a lot of power.Recent speculations claim that both wired fast charging at 45W and wireless fast charging at 15W are supported.
