A Dimensity 1300 SoC from MediaTek powers the Oppo Reno 8.
On July 18 at 6 o’clock, Oppo will introduce the Reno 8 series in India.The Oppo Ren 8 and Oppo Reno 8 Pro, which made their debut in China earlier this year, are both part of the portfolio.Now, a reputable source is said to have obtained the Oppo Reno 8 in India, where it will shortly be released.The forthcoming handset’s design and certain important specifications are seen in the leaked pictures.
The Oppo Reno 8 model, which will go on sale in India on July 18, has been seen in-person by tipper Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), who has provided photos of it.The photographs provide a glimpse of the front panel’s hole-punch slot in the top-left corner and the camera module with a triple rear camera arrangement on the back panel.
Additionally, it states that this device, like the China version, will be driven by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC.It reportedly has two Sony flagship image sensors.The Ultra Night Video feature is reportedly included with the camera configurations as well.Additionally, the Oppo phone will enable 80W SuperVOOC quick charging.
Oppo Reno 8 pricing, availability
On July 18, the Oppo Reno 8 will be made available on Flipkart in India.At launch, the handset is expected to cost between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 33,000.It is rumoured to debut in the colours Shimmer Black and Shimmer Gold.

In preparation for the Oppo Reno 8’s debut in India, Oppo has also disclosed a few of its critical technical details.As was already mentioned, it will be equipped with a super-conductive VC liquid cooling system and be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC.Five layers of charging protection will be present on its long-lasting battery.Additionally, it will feature 80W SuperVOOC rapid charging, which according to its manufacturer can increase battery backup by up to 50% with an 11-minute charge.The phone will have a 7.67mm-thick, sleek unibody construction.
